Together, their complementary expertise in clinical veterinary practice, pharmacological modelling and botanical science ensures every Curafyt product is evidence-based, safe and effective.

We source the ingredients for our supplements from some of the highest-quality suppliers around the world. We then manufacture the final products in ISO 22000, FCA (GMP+) and bio-certified facilities in Belgium.

Our products are up to 99% natural. Where possible we source natural ingredients for our products. In the small number of cases where it’s virtually impossible to get natural ingredients for some formulations, we use synthetic ones. 

Yes! By our Co-Founder Veterinarian Valerie De Clerck as well as a whole host of Veterinarians who have been using our products with their clients’ horses for years. In fact, 9/10 vets recommend Curafyt supplements.

Supplements can take 4-12 weeks of consistent use to show the best potential benefits. As a result, we do not offer samples of our products.

One of our veterinary team can help you determine the best product for your horse or dog.

If your horse is a picky eater, we recommend introducing Curafyt supplements gradually over the course of a week to help them adjust to the new routine.

Curafyt products can generally be combined, but if you’re looking for tailored advice based on your horse’s specific needs, we recommend speaking to your vet or contacting us at info@curafyt.com.

A sample from each batch is tested at an accredited laboratory (LCH, France) for substances banned in equestrian sport, including caffeine, theobromine, morphine, and others.

In addition, our formulas are developed in line with the NOPS (Naturally Occurring Prohibited Substances) scheme of the British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA), which helps reduce the risk of contamination with naturally occurring prohibited substances.

Great question! Pregnant mares are safe to use Fresh & Fertile, Grow & Glow, Restore & Revive, Guts & Glory and Smooth & Supple.

It is not recommended for mares to use Steady & Stable, Body & Build or Detox & Drain. As always we recommend speaking to your vet before starting a supplement routine to make sure you get personalised advice for your horse.

Subscription FAQs

Managing your subscription is very easy.

  1. Click on "account" in the main menu.
  2. Do not login into your general account, but click on the "Manage subscriptions button" below.
  3. Enter your email address. A code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code to log in.
  4. Once you’ve accessed your customer portal, click on “Manage Subscriptions” to be able to change your delivery schedule, skip your next delivery, modify the products included in your subscription or simply cancel it.

Where do I go to manage my subscription?

Do you need to skip one delivery but, after that, you want to resume your usual schedule? Not a problem!

  1. You can do this by just logging in to your subscription account . Click on "account" in the main menu. Do not login into your general account, but click on the "Manage subscriptions button" below.
  2. Enter your email address. A code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code to log in.
  3. Once logged in, click on "skip". You will be able to skip your next delivery.

Can I skip my next delivery?

Sometimes we just have enough Curafyt supplements to keep going a little bit longer, that’s when it might come in handy to change your next planned delivery.

You can do this by just logging in to your subscription account.

  1. Click on "account" in the main menu.
  2. Do not login into your general account, but click on the "Manage subscriptions button" below.
  3. Once logged in, click on "Reschedule" You'll be able to choose your delivery date.

Can I change my next delivery date?

Whether you are on holiday or you’ve just moved house, you can have your Curafyt supplements delivered to your preferred address. You can do this by just logging in to your subscription account.

  1. Click on "account" in the main menu.
  2. Do not login into your general account, but click on the "Manage subscriptions button" below.
  3. Once logged in, click on "Address & Payment details"
  4. Click on "Manage Addresses". You'll be able to change your address.

How can I change my delivery address?

Do you want to add a one-off product to your order or edit permanently the Curafyt supplements you receive? Managing your subscription is very easy. 

  1. Click on "account" in the main menu.
  2. Do not login into your general account, but click on the "Manage subscriptions button" below.
  3. Enter your email address. A code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code to log in.
  4. Once logged in, you click on “Manage subscriptions”.
  5. Below the active subscription you want to change, click again on "Manage this subscription".
  6. Your subscription details will show up, you can now click on "Swap for a different product".

How do I change the products in my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time, but we will be sad to see you go.

  2. Enter your email address. A code will be sent to your email address. Enter the code to log in.
  3. Once logged in, you click on “Manage subscriptions”.
  4. Below the active subscription you want to change, click again on "Manage this subscription".
  5. Your subscription details will show up, you can now click on "Cancel subscription".

Please note that you will not be refunded if you’ve been billed already - the cancellation will take effect from your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Shipping FAQs

Orders placed on weekdays before 10 am will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 10 am will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

  • Orders within Belgium, shipped via Bpost, will usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Orders outside Belgium, shipped with DPD, will usually arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

We offer free delivery on orders over €80 in Europe, as well as free delivery on all subscriptions. Otherwise shipping is €5.90.

Our products are made and shipped from Belgium.

We currently provide delivery to Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg and Sweden. For shipments to other countries, please send a message to info@curafyt.com. For more information, please visit our shipping page.

How can I contact your customer service team?

Our customer service team is available 9-5 CET Monday - Friday via info@curafyt.com or via the chat in the bottom right corner of the page. We have a friendly team of vets and animal health experts ready to help. We'll aim to get back to you within 24 hours, usually much quicker though.
