Please fill out the following form to submit your withdrawal request. For health protection and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of dog food, cat food, dog supplements, horse supplements or dog snacks that have been opened or unsealed after delivery. The right of withdrawal therefore only applies to products returned in their original, sealed condition.
