SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship?

We currently provide delivery within the European Union.
For shipments to other countries, please send a message to info@curafyt.com.


What is the shipping rate?

  • Belgium: @ Home Delivery Bpost €6.90
  • Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Austria and Italy: @ Home Delivery DPD €6.90
  • Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Ukraine: @ Home Delivery DPD €7.90
  • We offer free shipping on orders above 80 EUR for all European countries mentioned above


How long does shipping take?

  • Monday - Friday: orders made before 11 am are shipped the same day.
  • Weekends and official holidays: orders made in weekends are shipped on Monday.
  • The delivery time for your order is 1 to 5 working days on average.


How do I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@curafyt.com.

Returns & exchanges

Return & Refund Policy

Sometimes you may want to return an order, because the product didn’t meet your expectations or for another reason. No worries: you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days after receiving your order, without having to give a reason.

1) How to start a return

Email info@curafyt.com and include:

  • your order number
  • (optional) the reason for your return

We’ll create a return label and send it to the email address you used to request the return.

2) Return deadline & condition of products

  • You have 30 days from the moment you start the return to send the products back to us.
  • Please return the products to Curafyt:

    with all accessories that were delivered
    preferably in the original packaging
    in original condition (as much as reasonably possible)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

3) Refund timing & amount

We may wait to issue your refund until:

  • We have received your return, or
  • You provide proof that the return has been shipped
    (whichever happens first)

Once approved, we refund your purchase amount minus a return handling cost of €6.90 or €7.90, depending on your country

We process refunds as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after cancellation, provided the package is returned in its original, unopened condition.

4) How you’ll receive your refund

Refunds are made using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless you explicitly agree to another method. You won’t be charged any fees for receiving your refund.

5) Items that can’t be returned (hygiene & expiry)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns for:

  • supplements or other hygiene-critical products if the seal has been broken
  • products with a short shelf life, or products that spoil quickly
  • products returned after the expiry date (especially supplements)

Please handle products with care and pack them securely when sending them back.

Subscriptions

If you have a subscription, you can cancel anytime.

If a payment has already been charged, your cancellation will take effect from the next scheduled payment. For full details, please see our Subscription Terms & Conditions.
