Where do you ship?

We currently provide delivery within the European Union.
For shipments to other countries, please send a message to info@curafyt.com.


What is the shipping rate?

  • Belgium: @ Home Delivery Bpost €5.90
  • Rest of the European Union: @ Home Delivery DPD €5.90


Free Shipping on orders above €80


How long does shipping take?

  • Monday - Friday: orders made before 11 am are shipped the same day.
  • Weekends and official holidays: orders made in weekends are shipped on Monday.
  • The delivery time for your order is 1 to 5 working days on average.


How do I track my order?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to track your package. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@curafyt.com.

Returns & exchanges

Return & refund

There may be occasions when you wish to return an order, perhaps because the product didn't meet your expectations or for another reason. Regardless, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

To initiate a return, please send an email to info@curafyt.com with your order number and an optional reason for the return.

A return label will be generated and sent to the email address used to make the return request. You have 14 days from initiating the return to send the product back to us. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, please return the product to Curafyt with all delivered accessories and, if possible, in its original condition and packaging. The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever comes first. The purchase amount, minus a return cost of €5,90, will be refunded as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days following the cancellation if the package is returned in its original state and in unopened packaging.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, you will not incur any fees for such a refund.

For hygiene-critical products, such as supplements, returns are not accepted if the seal has been broken after delivery. Products with a short shelf life or those that spoil quickly, particularly supplements after their expiry date, are also non-returnable. If you have used, damaged, or opened the products, the return will be void. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when you return it.

If you subscribe to our products, you may cancel at any time. If the payment has already been deducted from your account, cancellation will take effect from the next scheduled payment. Refer to our Subscription Terms and Conditions for more information.

Product Exchange?

If you wish to exchange a product, there is no issue. Please contact info@curafyt.com. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Incorrect Delivery Address!

If you have accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address, contact us immediately. We will attempt to amend the order for you.
