Subscription FAQ
Managing your subscription is very easy.
Just login to your account with your email and password or click on "Manage subscriptions" directly.
Once you’ve accessed your customer portal, click on “Manage Subscriptions” to be able to change your delivery schedule, skip your next delivery, modify the products included in your subscription or simply cancel it.

Do you need to skip one delivery but, after that, you want to resume your usual schedule? Not a problem!
You can do this by just logging in to your account and clicking on “Manage Subscriptions”. You will be able to edit your subscription details in the dashboard.

Whether you are on holiday or you’ve just moved house, you can have your Curafyt supplements delivered to your preferred address.

Do you want to add a one-off product to your order or edit permanently the Curafyt supplements you receive?
You can add or swap products in your subscription by simply logging in to your account and clicking on “Manage sSubscription”. You will be able to cancel your subscription details in the dashboard.

You can cancel your subscription any time, but we will be sad to see you go.
You can do this by
1. logging in to your account
2. clicking on “Manage Subscription” in the menu on the right.
3. Click on "Manage this subscription" below the active subscription
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page

Please note that you will not be refunded if you’ve been billed already - the cancellation will take effect from your next billing cycle.
